Alight Training
Become an Alight expert on a fast track. Alight Training is the principal vehicle for getting you up to speed on the software.
Organized into eleven sections, Alight Training includes 15 hours of online recorded materials delivered by the Alight consulting and sales support team. Each section includes exercises with custom training files that let you follow along with the instructor and enjoy a true 'hands on' experience.
You can pick and choose which sections to view, repeat sections previously taken, and download example Alight Planning files for doing exercises or exploring the rich file examples.
For a one time price of $1,000, you and your associates have unlimited access for one year to the Alight Training Center. Access continues for no extra charge if you renew your Alight Service Package after the first year.
Alight Implementation Manual
A definitive user guide, the Alight Implementation Manual is 400 pages of written materials covering all features and functionality of Alight Planning software. With a focus on best practices, the manual includes hundreds of screens shots, diagrams and step-by-step solutions.
Alight KnowledgeBase
Included in the Annual Service Package, the KnowlegeBase is an extensive and continuously growing library of more than 100 white papers, best practices, and solutions. Delivery formats include PDF written documents, flash movies, and Alight Planning example files.
Custom Training
During implementation, we commonly develop custom training materials, typically recorded videos of model structures, implementation steps and end user training. All are based on your own Alight Planning model.
